The AI4Food Working Group of Confindustria Romagna met to present its work (thanks to a speech by Fabio Piraccini) and for an in-depth discussion on the theme “Artificial Intelligence in Emilia Romagna: focus on the Food sector”.
Onit Analytics, in the person of Matteo Mancini, also presented a series of best practices on how A.I. can be used to plan stocks in food production and how Big Data and Artificial Intelligence can be applied to agriculture.
