Onit Academy, this is how we provide training

Our attitude to continuous training has materialised over time, forming a structured and effective project: the Onit Academy.

Every year, Onit Academy offers Onit employees a calendar of courses taught by external teachers and internal staff. The calendar includes courses on technical subjects, divided by levels and skills, and courses to refine soft skills and human growth.

The subjects are selected based on the needs identified by the Team Managers within the various work groups, making the Academy a strategic and constantly evolving training tool.
