The introduction of On.Plant/TMS has enabled Vignali to rethink journey planning through map-based management, improving route optimisation and significantly reducing operational times in the logistics office. This has been accompanied by the complete digitalisation of the transport workflow: from the customer placing an order through to pre-invoicing and pallet accounting management
The Order Portal also played a key role, enabling customers to enter orders directly into the system, eliminating manual tasks and reducing the risk of errors, even during periods of high operational demand
Thanks to the availability of structured and up-to-date data, Vignali can now accurately analyse the costs and revenues of individual routes, improving margins and supporting more informed strategic decisions.
