The companies of the Onit group have achieved the UNI/PDR 125:2022 Gender Equality certification, an important and strongly desired goal to guarantee, in an objective and non-self-referential way, an inclusive workplace characterized by equality and fairness at every level.
The certification represents the first step in a path of continuous improvement, which in the coming months will be marked by a series of initiatives, projects and activities aimed at increasing staff awareness of these issues and, fundamentally, helping to break down the gender stereotypes that characterize the IT sector.
